These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, except that if you are also a user of the Chelae service, the dispute resolution provisions in the Chelae Terms of Service (including arbitration) apply.
10. CCPA Notice — "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as opt-out requests.
